To make an appointment, please dial 6869 on the telephone if you are an in-house guest.
For walk-in guests, please call our hotline +84903 556 996 or visit our website: www.omeleespa.vn or email: spa@radissondanang.com. To ensure your preferred time is available, we recommend advanced booking. Credit card details are required to secure all Spa bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation made less than 4 hours of the original booking schedule will be subject to a 50% charge. Any no show appointment will be charged 100%.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive at Omelee Spa 15 minutes prior to your treatment, in order to complete your health assessment form and to enjoy an unhurried transition into the spa. If you are late, your treatment time will be shortened to respect bookings of next treatment.
Guest under 18 are welcome but have to be accompanied by an adult. In order to ensure a relaxing experience for all of our guests, we ask that your children accompanied you only if they are receiving a service. For under 12 years of age, treatments are half price if booked before 14:00.
GENTLEMEN FACIAL
Gentlemen are advised to shave at least 4 hours prior to all facial treatments to ensure maximum result.
HEALTH CONCERNS
Please inform us if you are pregnant so that our spa consultants can guide you in choosing appropriate treatments. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which may affect your treatment experience when you make your booking.
We reserve the right to not serve guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or those who exhibit rude behavior.
PHONES, NOISE AND VALUABLES
As a courtesy to other guests, smoking and active mobile phones are not permitted. Conversation in the Spa should be kept at a low volume.
Please remove any jewelry and watches before treatment and check all your belongings before leaving the spa. Omelee is not responsible for any losses or damages of valuables within the spa.
PRICES
Prices are quoted in Thousand Vietnam Dong (‘000 VND). Prices quoted are per person with the exception of Precious Time Together, which is per couple. Except for Experimental Deals, all other prices are exclusive of service charge and applicable government tax.
